Ginataang Nangka
Vegetarians and vegans will be elated. There are several vegetable only dishes served on board the river cruise. One of them is ginataang nangka. That is jackfruit cooked in coconut milk.
Kakanin
Rejoice Pinoy dessert lovers! A variety of kakanin items are served aboard Loay's floating restaurant. There was puto or rice cake, fried camote or sweet yam, and kutsinta.
Pancit Bam-i
Pancit bam-i is a noodle dish that uses vermicelli and egg noodles mixed with vegetables and meat.
Adobong Kangkong
Another vegetable dish on board is adobong kangkong. That is water spinach stewed in soy sauce and vinegar.

Locally known as takla, the crawfish is breaded in egg and flour before it is fried. If you love seafood, this might be a treat.
